yes we are aware of that. This was a HL2 Mod so if they don't give us the tools we will go back to that engine.

we will get the tools, mod tools and ded servers go hand in hand . no matter what rebellion comes out with i know that some of us (ie myself) will want a faster more chaotic version of the game that more resembles the original . so avp:G 2.0 team get your shit ready !

We will need a low resolution mod so for us poor people that cannot aford to buy a computer that has quad hardware excelerated video cards with overclocked video processors, this game will not be playable on most PC's, Just like AvP2 required an expensive computer just to install it, I would say that 2001 was much to early for AvP2, you had to wait 3 years for an afordable computer just to play it, they could RE-release AvP2 now and people would buy the shit out of it, because it would be playable on any computer, I would say that AvP2 had the best single player action I have ever played, it non-stop scared the shit out of me the entire human mission.

You know what, for Multiplayer I loved AvP:Gold. But I think you're right, AvP2 single player is pretty damn good.

I reinstalled it recently and just beat the Marine mission a couple days ago. It was much better than I expected. I'm currently playing the Pred mission and so far am really enjoying it.

I'd like to try some AvP2 multiplayer sometime. Wonder if it is possible...

I'm about to re-release AVP2 on AVP3 with many other SP campaign and Coop multiplayer campaign.
Entire new gameplay also for a true AVP Experience (nothing like AVP Gold or either AVP2, more like AJLMod of AVP2)

I gotta check out the AJL Mod. Is it only multiplayer or single player as well?

I remember AlienJL from way back in the day. He used to post on the AvPNews boards back in 2001 and maybe still does at the GameGossip boards. I wonder if he's a part of any other AvP community website. I should invite him anyways.
